MONDAYS   April 22 – June 10

3-D Art Exploration with Carolyn  Grades 1, 2 & 3   3:30 – 4:30 p.m.    7 weeks  $210   (no class 5/27)
all materials included

Perfect for the young artist who enjoys using a variety of materials to create unique 3-D projects.   Inspiration provided by children’s literature and the world around us!   Ceramic and air-dry clays, paper, fabric, wire, paint, markers and more!

Clay with Carolyn    Grades 5, 6  & 7   4:45 – 6:15 p.m.   7 weeks    $275    (no class 5/27)  all materials included
Students will learn and refine skills in coiling, slabs and pinch pots, while creating a variety of functional and sculptural pieces.  We’ll explore various textural and glazing techniques.  Students will also get to experience throwing on the potter’s wheel.

TUESDAYS   April 23 – June 11  

Explore the Arts with Barbara   Grades K, 1 & 2   3:30 – 4:30 p.m.    8 weeks  $235   all materials included
Young artists explore all media …  drawing, painting, markers, air-dry clay and much more.  Favorite children’s literature and famous artists inspire young children to explore the arts and discover the fun.

Art with Diane    Grades  4 & 5    3:30 – 5:00 p.m.   8 weeks   $295    all materials included
Students are free to decide what medium they’d like to explore.  Learn how to use sketching pencils, colored pencils, craypas, markers or acrylic paint.  Students may also choose to experiment with plasticine or air-dry clay to create their own unique sculptures.   This class is ideal for young students who love art, are highly motivated and who love to work quietly and independently.  Instruction is provided on an individual basis.

WEDNESDAYS  April 24 – June 12  

Open Studio Style with Diane   Grades 6 & 7   3:30 -5:00 p.m.  8 weeks  $295   all materials included
Young artists continue their journey into the arts.    Choose your favorite medium and find your own style.   Pencil, colored pencil, charcoal, water-based markers, watercolor or acrylic.  Plasticene and air-dry clay for sculpture. This peaceful space provides students with the opportunity to work independently with help and recommendations when requested.

Clay with Carolyn   Grades 4, 5 & 6    3:30 – 4:45 p.m.  8 weeks  $275    all materials included

Open Studio Clay with Carolyn     Grades 7 & up   5 – 6:30 p.m.   8 weeks  $295  all materials included 
Students will refine skills in coiling, slabs and pinch pots, while creating a variety of functional and sculptural pieces.  The open-ended format will allow flexibility in project conception and completion with an emphasis on more detailed projects.   We’ll explore various textural and glazing techniques.  Students will also get to experience throwing on the potter’s wheel.

THURSDAYS  April 25 – June 13 

Open Studio Style with Diane    Grades 7, 8 & 9    3:00 – 4:45 p.m  8 weeks  $325   all materials included
This open-ended class provides students with the opportunity to work independently, using a medium they love, with assistance when requested.  Pencil, colored pencil, charcoal, water-based markers, watercolor and acrylic.  This peaceful space creates the perfect environment for young artists to immerse themselves in their work.
