NEW ARTS was founded as a visual arts studio for children and teens to promote exploration of personal creativity using a variety of media.
In the children’s classes, the students are exposed to works by great masters from the Impressionists to Abstract Expressionists. Using craypas and watercolor, acrylic paint, canvas and clay, each child is encouraged to use the materials to create their own art.
We have a fully equipped pottery studio with two wheels, a kiln and hand building tools. Fifth graders and older can learn to use the wheel.
