Acrylic paints … Craypas … Sharpies … plaster … foil … clay and more!   Students will use their imaginations to create their own unique pieces and projects.  Endless possibilities!

Story Books & Clay with Carolyn Shedd
9:15 a.m.  – noon   Students entering Grades 1 – 6      $230
Learn and refine hand-building techniques as we use children’s literature for our inspiration … Dr. Seuss, Maurice Sendak, Roald Dahl, J.K. Rowling or your own personal favorite author!  Coiling, slab making, pinching pots and sculpting.

 August 4, 5 & 6 
Mostly Matisse Workshop … Drawing, Painting & 3 D with Diane Sher
(Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday)
10:15 – 12:15    Students entering Grades 1 – 6   $125
Inspired by the art of Henri Matisse and others.   Canvas and acrylics, watercolors and markers, cut paper and scissors.

August 10 – 14 
Media Mix Up! … Paper, Clay, Fabric, Paint and More with Carolyn Shedd 
9:15 – noon    Students entering Grades 1 – 6     $230
We’ll be exploring many, fun artistic options.   Paper Koinobori fish making, Sculpey clay creations, wearable art, acrylic paint pouring, and more!

Try the Potter’s Wheel Workshop with Carolyn Shedd
(Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday)
12:30 – 2:30   Students entering Grades 3-6      $125
We’ll learn to center clay on the wheel, pull up walls and create vessels.   We’ll further refine our pieces and learn various surface decoration techniques.   (maximum 6 students)
